Southwest Rub

Good for red meat, pork, poultry, seafood, and vegetables.

Adapted from Weber's On the Grill.
Yield: about 1/4 cup

2 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. granulated garlic or 1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 tsp. ground coriander
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
